Where we ship

Evori currently ships to the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be introduced once we expand our markets.

Delivery rates

Standard delivery — £2.99 (on orders under £25). Delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail.
Free standard delivery — on all orders £25 and over.
Express delivery — £5.99. Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Next working day delivery.

Delivery times

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days. Express delivery arrives the next working day when ordered before 1pm Mon–Fri. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control.

Processing time

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Express orders are dispatched the same working day when placed before 1pm.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Express orders use Royal Mail Tracked 24 — tracked door to door.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at helloevori@gmail.com with your order number. We'll either replace the order or issue a full refund.
