60-day first-purchase money-back guarantee

We stand behind our formulas. If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of Belle Balance or Femme Flora, contact us at helloevori@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund — even if the pouch or bottle is opened or partially used. We'd rather refund you than have you keep something that isn't working for your body.

Repeat orders placed after your first purchase are covered by your standard UK consumer law rights on unused, unopened goods (14 days from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), rather than the 60-day first-purchase guarantee.

How to start a return

Email us at helloevori@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 2 working days. You don't need to return a full unused product — we accept partially used items under our 60-day guarantee. Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

Return shipping

For unopened items, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items, we cover return shipping in full.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at helloevori@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason without justification.
