60-day money-back guarantee on your first evori.uk order

We stand behind our formulas. If you're not satisfied with your first evori.uk purchase of Belle Balance or Femme Flora, contact us at hello@evori.uk within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund, even if the pouch or bottle is opened, partly used or finished. You don't need to send anything back: guarantee refunds don't require a return. We recommend giving it two packs before you decide; that's a recommendation, not a condition.

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are covered by TikTok Shop's returns policy, not this guarantee.

Repeat orders placed after your first purchase are covered by your standard UK consumer law rights on unused, unopened goods (14 days from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), rather than the 60-day first-purchase guarantee.

How to claim the guarantee or start a return

Guarantee refunds: email us at hello@evori.uk with your order number within 60 days of delivery. No return is needed.

Other returns: email us at hello@evori.uk with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll confirm the return address and next steps within 2 working days.

Return shipping

Guarantee refunds need no return, so there's no postage to pay. For other returns of unopened items, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items, we cover return shipping in full.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@evori.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.

Refunds

For guarantee refunds, we'll confirm by email once your refund is approved. For other returns, we'll notify you by email once we receive and review your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason without justification.
